Kate is now retired from active practice, after leaving the firm of Mewburn Ellis LLP in December 2025.
She continues as a member of Council of CITMA, serving on the Executive Committee and the Law & Practice Committee. Kate also leads the CITMA task force on pro bono matters and the Rights of Representation practice group. Kate is also an active volunteer with her local Foodbank and with Islington Citizen's Advice.
