I have over 20 years’ experience in representing local, national and international clients in all aspects of trade mark law and practice, as well as related designs and copyright issues. My particular areas of expertise include domain name disputes and obtaining protection for unusual and/or unconventional trade marks. I act for clients across a range of sectors including sustainable fashion, packaging, wearable technology, children’s products and online platforms.

I was was an Examiner for IPREG for over ten years in respect of EUTM and International law, and have consequently been awarded the prestigious title of Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys.

I entered the profession in 1996. Having been at Murgitroyd (previously UDL) and a Partner at Graham Watt & Co, I am now Senior Counsel at Taylor Wessing LLP. I am fluent in French and also speak Spanish and German.
