Jason has been the Chairman of HGF since 2008. He is a registered Trade Mark Attorney and a Solicitor.
Jason's practice includes worldwide trade mark and brand clearance searching and advice, brand protection, portfolio management, anti-counterfeiting, IP acquisition and disposal due diligence support and advice together with exploitation and licensing of IP rights. Jason acts on a number of household names in the automotive, logistics, food and drink and personal hygiene markets.
