I undertake and manage worldwide trade mark clearance and filing programmes and have extensive experience of the enforcement and preservation of design and trade mark rights, including customs enforcement. I have prosecuted numerous domain name actions through Nominet and the UDRP procedures, including a class action UDRP complaint for four commercially unconnected complainants relating to a new gTLD, one of the first of its kind.
Extensive experience of filing and prosecuting trade mark applications, oppositions, and cancellation actions before the EUIPO, WIPO and across the globe, including successful appeals to the Boards of Appeal.
