I became a member of CITMA in 2011. I specialise in trade mark portfolio management, drafting cease and desist letters, trade mark applications, trade mark renewals, co-existence arrangements and IP assignments. I also help our Corporate team with IP due diligence, handle trade mark opposition work and carry out evidence gathering to support claims of acquired distinctiveness.
For a number of years, I contributed to the UK chapter of the "Getting the Deal Through - Trademarks" publication. Recently, I've collaborated with CITMA on a number of trade mark articles.
