I became a member of CITMA in 2011. I specialise in trade mark portfolio management, drafting cease and desist letters, trade mark applications, trade mark renewals, co-existence arrangements and IP assignments. I also handle trade mark opposition work and carry out evidence gathering to demonstrate acquired distinctiveness of a mark.
For a number of years, I contributed to the UK chapter of the "Getting the Deal Through - Trademarks" publication.
