Sarah is an experienced trade mark attorney and has expertise working for clients across a variety of sectors in all aspects of trade mark prosecution. This includes clearance searches, devising worldwide filing programmes and handling any official or third-party objections, as well as contentious matters.

She also has a particular interest in non-traditional trade marks such as three-dimensional marks and has published articles on the implications of particular trade mark cases. Sarah regularly speaks about trade mark matters at business events and seminars. 

She joined Wildbore & Gibbons in 2011, which subsequently became part of Potter Clarkson LLP on 1 September 2018. Sarah is based in London.
