Graeme is a UK and European Trade Mark Attorney with a wide range of experience in corporate patent departments and in private practice in Europe, North America and Asia.
He has extensive expertise in IP strategies, IP risk analysis, management of IP portfolios and protection and enforcement of IP rights.
As well as having substantial experience of trade mark and design protection and enforcement in the UK and Europe, Graeme has extensive experience of protection and enforcement of IP in Asia, with an emphasis on China. He is regularly asked to present on IP protection in China.
