Noel is a UK Chartered Patent and Trade Mark Attorney with extensive experience in the corporate IP department of a multinational energy company and in private practice in the UK, Europe and North America. He has extensive expertise in developing and implementing IP strategies for the UK and internationally, conducting IP risk analysis, managing national and international IP portfolios and the enforcement of IP rights in the UK, Europe and the Far East.
