I am a UK Registered and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, and have worked within the field of IP since 1997 in a variety of roles including several years as the trade mark renewals manager for a large multi-national IP firm. I am also a highly experienced trade mark paralegal.
Day to day I assist with new enquiries, provide advice on trade mark filing strategies, handle opposition and infringement issues, and assist with trade mark clearance searches. I am well versed in trade mark renewal formalities and in trade mark data verification. I also have a great deal of experience with recordal work having handled several major worldwide recordal programs, involving changes of name, address, legal form and assignment.
