How to update your online profile

Please follow the steps below to update the information that appears in your CITMA profile and is searchable in our directories:

Step 1: Login via the button above

Once logged in you will see the ‘My CITMA’ button in place of the 'Login' button. 

Step 2: Under ‘My CITMA’ select ‘Update details’ 

Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and ‘Directory information’ – click ‘Edit’, next to ‘Directory information’. 

Step 4: Complete your information, specialisms and shot bio – please note that the short bio is limited to 1,024 characters. 

Step 5: Please also add an image – the maximum size is 2MB and maximum diemsions of 2000x2000 pixels. 

Step 6: Click 'save changes' - you will receive a message if the page was successfully updated, or will be notified of any issues. 

Then you can search the Find a Member or Chartered Trade Mark Attorney directory to check your profile looks as you wish. Please click here for an example of a completed profile.
