This year’s Spring Conference welcomed more than 180 delegates to London, following a lively Spring Party the evening before where delegates could connect and enjoy the stunning views across the Thames.

The event programme was packed with insightful talks from inspiring speakers. Opening the event was João Negrão, Executive Director of the EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), who delivered our keynote address for the conference.

Sessions included a discussion on how AI is reshaping trade mark practice, recent UK case law developments, and practical guidance on brand protection strategies.

Alongside the technical content, the conference highlighted the importance of wellbeing in the profession, with a session focused on mental health and building stronger workplace connections.
