This webinar explores the small habits that can be incorporated into even the busiest working day to improve focus, energy and wellbeing.
Join us for an interactive panel discussion on micro-habits. These might include mental decluttering techniques, brain dumps, desk stretches, breathing exercises, perspective shifts and movement breaks.
Our panel will consider three levels of micro-habits:
- Me – What can I do in under two minutes?
- We – What can we normalise as a team?
- Us – What can leaders role-model?
With the winter months ahead, there will be a particular focus on transitioning into autumn and winter by identifying simple habits that support physical and mental wellbeing during periods of reduced daylight, colder weather and lower motivation.
By the end of the session, you’ll have a better understanding of how small, consistent actions can have a cumulative impact, making healthy habits easier to maintain over time.
Key learning outcomes:
- Discover practical micro-habits to improve focus, energy and wellbeing
- Reflect on how workplace culture is shaped by everyday behaviours
- Create a personalised action plan of two or three habits to embed straight away
