Please join IP Futures for some Halloween-themed virtual drinks on Thursday 29 October 2020 from 6 to 7.30 pm!
The main theme and questions which will be discussed are:
- How did you get into IP?
- What barriers have you faced along your IP journey?
Whether you started in private practice or in-house, took a traditional or non-traditional route, we would love to hear everyone’s experiences of how they got into the IP profession.
Since it is Halloween, feel free to dress up and bring Halloween-themed drinks and snacks to the event!
As with our previous events, discussions will be in small groups where you can get to know your fellow attendees and share advice/support. We will then reconvene a broader meeting to discuss some of the ideas that have been proposed in the smaller groups.
We will be limiting attendee numbers a little to make the discussions manageable, so please do sign up soon to reserve your place.

This informal gathering is open to anyone in their first 5 or 6 years or so as an IP professional, whatever their role.
