Trade mark strategy is evolving. Recent decisions and procedural reforms have reshaped the tactical options available - creating new opportunities for those who understand how to use them.

This year's CITMA roadshow with 3PB Barristers decodes what matters. Whilst others catch up on case summaries, you'll gain the strategic insights that translate landmark decisions into winning arguments and cost-effective client solutions.

Through expert panel discussions, we'll analyse the implications of recent decisions, explore updated UK IPO procedures, and examine the tactical deployment of infringement remedies - from strike out and summary judgement to strategic use of the IPEC Small Claims Track.

You'll see how leading practitioners are applying Thom Browne to mark descriptions, when interim relief delivers maximum leverage, and how to handle the increasingly complex multi-mark disputes that define modern practice.

From evidence challenges to interim relief, small claims to High Court actions; gain comprehensive coverage of what's changed and what it means for your practice.
