This practical webinar explores the complexities of international trade mark maintenance beyond routine fee payments, focusing on high-risk jurisdictions that require formal declarations or evidence of use.

- Evidence & specification audits: Establishing early client workflows to gather valid proof of use, review class lists, and safely prune unused goods and services.
- Formalities & foreign agent oversight: Navigating strict international POA, notarisation, and legalisation timelines, as well as handling grace periods and registry data checks.
