Counterfeiting costs businesses billions every year - and paralegals are on the front line of stopping it.

This practical webinar cuts through the theory to explore what anti-counterfeiting and brand enforcement work really looks like day to day, and how paralegals can make a measurable difference at every stage of a matter.

From capturing and managing evidence to running online and marketplace takedowns, supporting customs applications and seizure matters, and briefing investigators and local counsel, paralegals carry much of the operational weight in enforcement strategies.

This session follows the full lifecycle of a real-world matter - from initial notification through to resolution - using examples drawn from online marketplaces, test purchases, and customs seizures to show precisely where paralegal input is most critical.

You will leave with practical tools, templates, and habits you can apply immediately, alongside a clearer understanding of how your work connects to wider client and fee earner objectives.
