Sarah Cantrill, Branded!

Sarah holds a first class Masters Degree in Marine Science from the University of Bangor and is fully qualified as a paralegal with both CITMA and CIPA. Sarah oversees all of the Trade Mark, Design and Patent applications, maintenance and renewals for BRANDED! clients.

Carin Burchell, Branded!

Carin is a UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and Higher Courts Litigator in England and Wales. She is also qualified as an Irish Registered Trade Mark Attorney to practise before the IPO of Ireland and is a Registered Professional Representative before the EU IPO in Alicante. 

After taking an LLB at Queen Mary and working as a Trade Mark Attorney for well established firms of trade mark attorneys in London and firms of solicitors in Hong Kong and Leeds, Carin established the practice which later became BRANDED!, in York, in 1995. This practice usually has ongoing trade matters in most, if not all, the classes of the International classification system and handles the full range of trade mark practice in the UK. Following Brexit, Carin also continues to handle EU TM matters through her Irish practice, Re:Markability, which has a German branch office - for the purpose of doing EU TM and Design work only.
