Nils Rauer
Nils leads the IP & TMT team in Pinsent Masons’ Frankfurt office.
He is also the Head of IP in Germany. His focus is on digital transformation, the protection, use and enforcement of IP rights, notably copyright and trade secrets, and the development of data-based business models.
Nils is also dedicated to media work including advice on marketing campaigns, sourcing of media content and streaming services as well as strategic transactions such as the licensing of AI or IoT.
