CITMA has teamed up with IP Inclusive to help you understand the whys and hows of developing and delivering an EDI strategy for the workplace that creates lasting change.
With a focus on undertaking tangible action and monitoring your progress, this webinar will help you form an approach that is both meaningful and strategically viable.
There is often an impulse to jump to action on EDI brought on by a sense of urgency to ‘do something’, which leads to activity that is reactive to immediate pressures that can be short-lived and not properly planned or resourced.
Understand the benefits of taking a more systematic approach when embedding EDI into the workplace to ensure it has a lasting impact.
Our speakers will discuss their experiences within their organisations in supporting the development and implementation of EDI strategies.
The session will explore the importance of having an EDI strategy in the workplace, and identify the metrics by which you can measure its success.
