IPReg’s review of qualification requirements for future trade mark and patent attorneys is entering its next phase following the call for feedback earlier this year. Learn more about the findings of the review and the next phase.
Join Katie Flett, IPReg’s Education Policy Associate, and Sally Gosling, IPReg’s Head of Education Review, to understand key findings of the review and learn about the next phase, the development of Review proposals and draft outputs followed by a three-month consultation process, due to open by early 2027.
This webinar will cover key findings from the call for evidence and feedback across its four themes:
- Changing practice needs
- Learning and development cultures
- Integration of professional experience, learning and assessment within qualification routes
- Widening entry to the professions
Our speakers will go on share how the findings will inform the development of proposals for consultation.
This webinar will offer individuals and organisations an important opportunity to continue to participate IPReg’s review process ensuring that qualification routes into the trade mark attorney and patent attorney professions remain high-quality, accessible, sustainable, and responsive to changing professional practice, consumer and employer needs.
