IP Paralegal (Trade Marks) – Fully Remote Working Available

We are working on a fantastic opportunity for a IP Paralegal (Trade Marks) with extensive experience to work within a well-established firm on a full-time, permanent, and fully-remote / hybrid working basis.

This is an interesting role which will include trade mark formalities tasks. If you have a CITMA qualification this would be excellent, but good working experience will also not go unrecognised. Within this role, you will have a wide range of responsibilities so 2+ years’ experience working in a similar role would be very sufficient.

You’ll be involved in the below tasks daily:

• Preparing and filing trade mark applications.
• Dealing with trade mark prosecution tasks.
• Maintaining good relationships with clients and preparing correspondence.
• Managing an inbox effectively.
• Ensuring important deadlines are met.
• Keeping information on the systems up-to-date.
• Many more exciting duties to be discussed…
