Senior Trade Mark Administrator – London Hybrid

IP Support is working with a tier one international law firm in their search for a senior trade mark administrator.

The role will support a truly global trade mark team with new and ongoing projects which may include portfolio onboarding, co-ordinating recordal and renewal projects, reviewing incoming and outgoing correspondence, assisting with due diligence and data verifications, preparing and filing application forms, maintaining documentation and internal systems, and much more.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Trade Mark Administrator or Trade Mark Paralegal and a good working knowledge of WebTMS or another IP management system and be able to demonstrate a strong level of global procedural knowledge.
