IP Inclusive, the diversity and inclusion initiative which spans the intellectual property (IP) professions, picked up a prestigious MemCom Excellence Award last night.

Our magazine, CITMA Review, was "highly commended" in the small membership magazine category at the same ceremony.

The award for IP Inclusive came in the best equality or diversity campaign category. The judges found "evidence of a clear strategy/defined target audience" and "a practical and uncompromising campaign delivering lasting impact" in IP Inclusive's nomination.

It was a good evening for the IP professions, with The Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA) also picking up an award.

Parminder Lally and Chris Burnett collected the award on behalf of IP Inclusive at a ceremony in central London.

This is now the second award IP Inclusive has won following the success in Managing IP's corporate social responsibility award last year.
