The 16-page report, published in The Times and on The Times iPad edition homepage this week, features analysis of the current state and trends in intellectual property (IP).

CITMA President Tania Clark is one of the experts featured, providing analysis of one of the most pressing issues in IP – counterfeits.

Tania shared her insight on why a collaborative approach with e-retailers like Amazon is making it harder for counterfeiters to flourish.

Analysis of how video games are pushing the boundaries of IP law, Brexit and artificial intelligence are also covered by the report.
