February can be a tough month for IP professionals. The festive break is over, the days are dark and cold, and workloads often feel heavier than expected. Motivation dips, energy runs low, and resilience can be tested. Small, practical adjustments now can make a big difference for the rest of the year.

Join CITMA in partnership with Jonathan’s Voice for a one-hour online webinar focused on wellbeing in IP careers. Hear from our panel as they share honest reflections on managing pressure, sustaining energy, protecting boundaries, and adopting mindset shifts that work in real life.

This interactive session includes structured discussion and audience Q&A. You’ll leave with actionable strategies that can be applied immediately - not theory, but practical advice from people who know the IP world.
