A significant proportion of disabilities across the world are “invisible”. Although it’s hard to be exact, a US study has predicted that around 74% of disabilities are invisible. In this webinar, organised by our IP Ability community, we will explore different invisible disabilities, and how we can all work to change our approach to ensure that we create an environment where invisible disabilities are not a barrier to inclusion.
The speaker
Kerry Russell is an IP lawyer at Shakespeare Martineau, where she is also head of the firm’s internal D&I Network, More in Common. Kerry is also on the steering committee for Midlands Ability, and a member of the IP Ability committee.
