Are you looking for ongoing support in dealing with any aspect of perimenopause or menopause?

Would you like to be part of a small, like-minded group of IP professionals also experiencing (peri)menopause?

We’ll meet online for an hour each month, on either a Tuesday or Wednesday lunchtime, depending on the preference of the group. Each session will be facilitated and participants will be asked to commit for a 6-month period to foster safety and trust. The initial sessions will be a chance to get to know others within the group. As the group evolves, sessions will focus on the needs and topics of interest to the group.

Who is it for?

This group is open to anyone who works in the UK’s IP sector and is currently experiencing (peri)menopause. All genders and all ages are welcome, as are people from all roles and career levels.

The group will meet monthly from February to July 2026. We’ll ask you to commit to meeting for one hour each month, on either a Tuesday or Wednesday lunchtime, depending on the preference of the group.

Facilitators

Jane Wainwright is the lead of IPause, the IP Inclusive community for (peri) menopause support, and is a qualified executive coach and facilitator, running her own business.  Prior to this, she spent 23 years as a patent attorney including as a partner, head of department and executive board member.

This initial pilot group will be limited to a maximum of 8 participants. If you’d like to join please register your interest by completing this form and IP Inclusive will contact you to confirm your place. If the group is successful and there is sufficient demand, then it is intended to run further groups in the future.

As with all IP Inclusive resources, this group is free. That said, they do need money to keep the show on the road, so if you enjoy the event please consider contributing. For more information, visit the IP Inclusive fundraising page.
