Explore key issues around the diagnosis of neurodivergency with IP Ability.

This event will discuss the challenges presented by later in life diagnosis, particularly mid career. It will also explore how likelihood, timing and nature of diagnosis may differ based on gender.

Understanding these issues is beneficial to those currently receiving or seeking a diagnosis, and also allows their emplloyers and colleagues to contribute to a moresupportive environment.

Confirmed speakers include:

  • Rebecca Campbell (Mewburn Ellis) from the IP Ability committee
  • Roxy Lackschewitz-Martin, Policy Manager at Neurodiversity in Law, a society run by legal professionals and students to promote and support neurodiversity within the legal professions
  • Edward Rose from the UK IPO’s “iThink” support network, which promotes awareness and understanding of neurodiversity

This event is open to all UK-based IP professionals, including of course disabled and neurodiverse people and their allies. It doesn’t matter what type of organisation you work in, what role you play in it or what your career level.

Please click here to sign up. If you would prefer not to book through Eventbrite, please contact [email protected] who will be happy to help.

This event will be free, as are all of IP Inclusive's resources. This is important in order to keep IP Inclusive the right side of the paywall.

However, continuing to run IP Inclusive is expensive.
