Alongside her work in the legal world, Helen is also a carer for her eleven-year-old daughter, who has complex needs, a role that’s shaped not just her day-to-day, but her entire perspective on leadership, time, energy, and the stories we choose to tell.
In this session, Helen will speak candidly about what it really means to juggle these two worlds – the pride, the pressure, and the power of making it work on your own terms.

This event is open to all UK-based IP professionals. It doesn’t matter what type of organisation you work in, what role you play in it or what your career level; everyone is welcome at IP Ability events – including of course disabled people, carers and their allies.
