In this session, you will work together with other IP professionals to exchange your ideas and experiences on how stress can be managed before it becomes overwhelming.
We will also examine the ways that participants currently think and feel in specific situations, and seek to shift the patterns of stress.
By introducing a “risk assessment” approach to reviewing stressors and emphasising the importance of rest as a tool to handle stress, this webinar will enhance your abilities to prevent stress from becoming a detrimental force in your life.
Work together with your peers in the industry to evolve your approach to stressful situations and improve your coping strategies.
