Isadora Schumacher Jeong, Mansur Murad Advogados

Lawyer graduated from Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR), with a master’s degree from Queen Mary University of London, specialized in Intellectual Property. Currently Isadora is the Head of International Practice of Mansur Murad Advogados. She is based in London, leading the new hub of the firm. She has authored articles and was a speaker for the World IP Forum 2021.

Juli Gutierrez Zanelli, DiezCanseco - Competencia & Propiedad Intelectual

Holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). Holds a master’s degree in European Union Law awarded by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain. Has studied National and Federal Law at the City University of New York (CUNY). Worked as an advisor at the Justice Commission of the Peruvian Congress and at the Commission of Unfair Competition of INDECOPI. In 2008 she joined the international lawyer’s program of one of the most important law firms in Beijing, China. She was awarded with a scholarship granted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), Beijing, China. Director at the Peruvian Chamber of Commerce of China (CAPECHI) until 2018. Partner at Estudio Muñiz as Director of the International Department for Intellectual Property Area. Director of the Peruvian Association of Intellectual Property (APPI) since 2017 and Director of the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI) since 2018. She has been speaker in national and international events of Intellectual Property.

Marcelo García Sellart, Counsel Gordó LLobell Abogados 

Graduated from the Universidad of Buenos Aires, and Industrial Property Agent. Areas of practice: trademark strategy and litigation, copyright and entertainment law, IT law and sports law. Trainer of INTERPOL and the World Customs Organization (WCO) for the training of members of Latin American operational forces for their operations in the region.  Professor of postgraduate studies at different universities and professional organizations (Universidad Austral, Universidad de Buenos Aires, ASIPI Academy). Has collaborated with Dr. Miguel Angel EMERY in the drafting of his annotated edition of Law 11.723 and authored several articles related to his fields of practice.
