Join IP Inclusive, Jonathan’s Voice and LawCare as they look into the use of reverse mentoring to improve understanding and inclusivity, and in turn wellbeing, at all levels of an organisation.

The session will begin with a talk by Professor Rachael O’Connor from the University of Leeds, who has partnered with LawCare to pilot and research reverse mentoring schemes between junior and senior lawyers. Among other things, her research explored intersections between training, inclusion and wellness.

You will also hear from IP Inclusive’s Lead Executive Officer Andrea Brewster OBE about the importance of allyship for a healthy working culture, and the use of reverse mentoring to inform and empower it.

The webinar will include a panel discussion with IP professionals who have experience of reverse mentoring from both sides of the conversation. Led by mental health trainer and consultant Penelope Aspinall from Jonathan’s Voice, they’ll look at the personal and business benefits of reverse mentoring and how it can help us all be better allies to, and more practically supportive of, our colleagues.

This free webinar is open to all IP Inclusive, Jonathan’s Voice and LawCare supporters.
