The draft statutory instruments (SIs) to implement the necessary changes to legislation resulting from Brexit are available to read.
There are four statutory instuments relating to Brexit and intellectual property in total:
Intellectual property (exhaustion of rights)
Trade marks
Designs and international trade marks
Patents
