New registration certificates
The UK IPO is using a new template for its electronic registration certificates.
The new template mirrors the original paper registration certificates.
The change follows discussions held by CITMA with the UK IPO and customer feedback about the quality of the electronic registration certificates.
Since then, the UK IPO has been working to improve the quality of the certificates.
From today, electronic registration certificates issued will now be sent using the new template which mirrors the paper certificate.
The UK IPO said:
“We would like to thank you for the feedback you have provided and the patience you have shown over the last several weeks whilst we have worked to improve the certificates.”
