We've updated our website
Booking events and updating your address is now easier. Plus, we have enhanced the Find a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney directory.
Booking events, updating addresses and our directories have all been improved in our latest website update.
The directories
When you first visit our directories, the order of profiles in our find a member directory and our find a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney directory is randomised to give you an equal opportunity to be at the top of the directory.
Although it will randomise every time you refresh the page, our directory will prioritise profiles with a photo and biography.
When searching using location and keyword it will display the best results regardless of profile completeness, although any joint ‘best’ results will be randomised.
Make it easier for users to find and choose you in our directories by updating your profile.
Booking events
Our event booking system has been updated to make booking onto an event easier.
No duplicate bookings
If a delegate is already booked onto an event, the system will notify you and only allow you to proceed to book other delegates to the event.
Booking on behalf of someone else
When you book on behalf of someone else it will first ask you to enter their email address. If we have their details already in our system it will automatically assign them the correct price and you won’t need to enter their details. If we do not recognise the email address, you will be asked to fill in their information.
New event icons
To help you easily identify event types, we have created new icons on our events page.
Updating your address
Your firm’s details are now at the top of the page when you update your details. If you have changed firm, all you need to do is find it in the drop-down menu and the details will auto-populate.
It is also now easier to update your billing, mailing, magazine and other addresses at the same time. When updating your company or any of your addresses you can select where else you want to use that address.
You can now easily choose a different address to have your copy of CITMA Review delivered to.
