Saved UK trade mark applications will be lost
The UK IPO is asking users to submit saved trade mark applications by 27th January 2021 to prevent progress being lost.
The UK IPO is making changes to the trade mark application form (eTM3) on 28th January that will result in any saved trade mark applications being lost.
Once the changes to the form have been made, you will be able to save your applications using the ‘save for later’ function as normal.
