CITMA short courses surpass 400 registrations
Our suite of three online courses is intended to equip new and early career formalities staff with confidence and technical knowledge.
Between the three courses, there have now been more than 400 signups - launched over the course of two years, the three online courses are built to complement on-the-job training.
Our most popular course is Introduction to Trade Mark Administration and Formalities, which has seen over 300 enrolments since its release in 2021.
All three courses take an interactive approach to learning, using a series of engaging tasks to help build a sense of real-world understanding.
Our courses have become a key element of knowledge building for early career support staff, with 90% of learners giving either “my employer booked me onto the course” or “I have just started my career in trade mark formalities” as their main reason for taking part.
The three courses are all intended for staff with less than six months’ professional experience – for staff with more than 18 months’ experience, we recommend progressing to the CITMA Paralegal course.
