Register of Trade Mark Attorneys

Once qualified as a trade mark attorney you should contact IPReg to be placed on the Register of Trade Mark Attorneys. You will be required to submit the application form and IPReg declaration together with a cheque for the appropriate fee.

Once in receipt of your papers, the registrar will process your application and confirm that you have been entered onto the Register of Trade Mark Attorneys. Please visit the IPReg website for the application form, declaration and further details.

Once you are on the register, you can apply for ordinary membership of CITMA via our online aplication form. If you are upgrading your membership please contact Gavin Graham at CITMA via email, or 020 7101 6090.

Once your application is complete you will receive your certificate of membership and will start enjoying all the benefits available to ordinary members.

If you have any queries on the above process, please do not hesitate to contact Gavin Graham.
