AI and Technology Committee

The AI and Technology Committee ensures that CITMA members stay at the forefront of technological advancements affecting the trade mark and wider Intellectual Property profession.

The committee provides guidance, educational resources, and policy input on the ethical and practical use of AI and emerging technologies in IP practice. It also works with regulators and industry stakeholders to ensure that the profession is equipped to navigate AI adoption responsibly and effectively. The committee looks to progress the UK profession by offering resources focused on how AI could and should be integrated into the profession whilst considering the impact this technological shift will have.
