The firm was formed in the year 1992 as a boutique intellectual property and technology law firm. In 1995, the firm merged with a law practice which was established in 1956. This was followed by a period of tremendous growth and, consequently, in 2016, the firm was converted into a limited liability partnership firm. Since 2016, the firm has gradually expanded its offerings in other areas of law and has become a full-service law firm.
The firm offers a variety of legal services through its two major divisions: the Intellectual Property & Technology Division and the General Practice Division.
