Our intellectual property services help to protect and commercialise the intangible assets that make a business stand out from the crowd. Whether it’s technical ideas, brands, creative works, or software, we can help.
Combining a deep technical knowledge of the law with straightforward commercial pragmatism, we focus on finding intelligent solutions that work for businesses. We advise on all areas of intellectual property law, including trade marks, patents, passing off, copyright, confidential information, and domain names.
We have a unique proposition within the Gateley group: a dedicated patent and trade mark attorney team at Adamson Jones and Symbiosis IP working side-by-side with solicitors at Gateley Legal. This means you have access to specialist expertise for IP protection and assessment, alongside joined-up thinking with wider commercial considerations.
