We have a strong track record of success working with all kinds of businesses, from start-ups and SMEs to internationally known brands, across all sectors from the highly technical to the highly creative and everything in between. Whether you are just starting out, expanding into new sectors or markets, or preparing for acquisition, we know how to get your trade mark protection to where it needs to be.
As part of Gateley, a leading professional services group, we also understand how larger organisations operate, and the standards they expect in terms of governance, risk management and communication.
Working with IP solicitors from Gateley, we provide the full range of trade mark services, from early brand clearance through to long-term portfolio management and enforcement.
Our long-established networks of overseas patent and trade mark attorneys allow the team to coordinate complex, multi-territorial IP portfolios, ensuring clients can innovate and scale globally with confidence.
